Remember
that everything we eat (fresh produce, meat and dairy, wine and beverages, and
all processed foods) comes from a farm and was grown by a farmer, a group or
family of farmers. Many people around the world are re-establishing the
relationships between the foods we eat and the farmers who grew our food. We
are reclaiming our regional culinary heritages and celebrating the cultures
that developed them. Organic agriculture is part of this world-wide movement to
bring this awareness about food and farming to all people.
