A Focus on Women
Although our employee census changes, we have an unusual gender balance; approximately 70% of the people who work at VV are women. We are committed to providing opportunities for women in the workplace, and we make special efforts to recruit women for roles traditionally held by men. We know that makes us very different from other businesses, especially in the distribution industry.
Salaries
We maintain a 5:1 ratio in terms of salaries, highest to lowest. That means no one working in the organization makes more than five times as much as anyone else. We share the fruits of our labor throughout the whole company. We are proud of the fact our entry-level wages are double California’s minimum hourly wage.
